Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient technique of meditation that was revived and systemized by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon.
Today, certified Chopra Center meditation instructors, such as myself, teach this powerful technique. I've been teaching this practice of meditation for over twenty years.
Once you learn Primordial Sound Meditation, you can meditate by simply closing your eyes and silently repeating your personal mantra.

I'll never forget the time when I was teaching meditation to students at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit -- a highly competitive, elite college for ambitious art students.
I met with each student one-on-one to introduce them to their mantra in a sacred ceremony.
In one of the sessions, a very anxious and tightly-wound student walked into the room to receive his mantra with me.
He sat with me and I recited the Sanskrit chant and guided him in using his mantra.
After meditating with his mantra for a few minutes, he froze for a moment.
Sitting in stillness with a stunned look on his face, he whispered to me...
"I never knew I could feel this way. I feel so good!"

How do I schedule my meditation follow-up session?
In addition to your one-hour Mantra session, you get a 30-minute follow-up session on Zoom.
In this follow-up session, we can meditate together or spend this time in conversation, and I can answer any of your questions about meditation.
When we meet for your mantra session, we'll schedule your follow-up session and meet on Zoom (or, if you prefer, by phone).
What is the cancellation policy for this workshop?
The tuition to learn Primordial Sound Meditation is just $347. If you need to cancel your enrollment before we meet for your 1-on-1 session, you can receive a full refund. After your mantra 1-on-1 session, refunds are not available.
